The boiler in three runs in total, are joined to two pipes coming out of the boiler. This is the manifold, however short. You can add valves to isolate the loops. A purge and balance valve at the end of the loop is a good idea to eliminate air.

The Pex inner liner of the Kitec is neutral to the metals, so will not cause galvanic corossion, you may add a pex or kitec tubing run, properly supported, as tubing.

Any tubing you use will not affect the efficiency of the unit as long as the tubing does not restrict the flow of water to greater than a 20F temperature drop from beginning to end of the run.
