Buderus salespeople like to drive nicer cars. Actually besides that factor, it is hard to estimate from here without an itemized costing. Boilers can be priced by anyone at a lot of supply houses, but you are talking of a whole system. 'Buderus' might be including more options such as a backflow preventer and higher grade baseboards and using more labor to hide the piping better, more zoning etc, etc. I suppose you're monitoring the outside temperature as in a reset. That just tracks the weather better, and with no insulation your house is going to track it for you. You should try to weatherize/insulate as much as possible, as soon as possible. If it's a big house, you might want to be able to shut off and drain one wing until you can get the loss down.
