Hi, i had a plumber come round to replace the pressure in my boiler by attaching a pipe to a water tap and refilling it. However the pressure has dropped now and when i attached the pipe to the water and started to fill it nothing happened the pressure valve still stayed down. What am i doing wrong? I think i have a combi boiler.
