I am getting estimates for a new steam boiler in my home. The existing boiler is about forty years old and has a leak. The first company has come to look at the project and took down a lot of info about the old boiler, piping, access etc. They did not look at the radiators or estimate the size of the house. Does this sound right? I have not received the quote yet, but should I even consider it without them having included the information about the radiators or the size of the house?
