I am in the process of selecting a new boiler to replace my 40+ year old Byant which is working fine. Will it save me alot of money to putting in a high effeciency unit? I have read about all in one units that can be used as a boiler, hot water heater, and spa heater all at the same time. Has this really been tested and is there any special model that rates better for an all in one unit? Any help would be greatly appreciated... Thanks...
