Hi,
Thatnks for the info. I did what you suggested and I figured out that my radiators have an edr of 215 sqft. I don't see a edr rating on my boiler - but I see something called ibr net rating, which are 300 for hand fired and 400 for stoker fired. Si I guess I still have the same basic questions:

my edr for 4 radiators is 215 sqft, or 51600 btu/hr
min input btu/hr = 45000
max input btu/hr = 300000
I have two - 2 1/4" O.D. legs off boiler, each of which drive 2 of the above radiators
My return is 1 1/4' O.D

1. Can the above system drive radiators to heat an additional 1100 sqft of space?

2. How do I calculate radiator size based on sq ft of the room?

3. How do I know if my gas line is big enough to handle load?

thanks for your help!
kevin
