Go to: http://www.colonialsupply.com/radiat.html , You might have a "sq ft" rating on your boiler also that is matched to the sq ft of radiation for steam. That has to do with the water content being sufficient, besides the Btu/hr that may be higher for water usage Come back here if you need more help.
