Your water is coming from; 1- the autofeeder leaking slowly. That it opens and fills fast doesn't mean it is slowly leaking through also, 2- by-pass line around the auto feeder leaking water into the boiler or 3- leak in your domestic hot water coil putting water in. To isolate the leak, manually shut off the line to the auto feed when you leave and check when you get back. Do the same for the domestic hot water (DHW) coil. One of them should leave the water level where you left it.
