I find your comments rude & inappropriate regarding the serious problem we are facing in our home. We are never sick with headaches, etc. therefore we know something is seriously wrong with our heating system. It may be something to joke about for you, however this is a serious matter that is affecting our family. I am absolutely amazed at your incompetence. I came to this site for help, and unfortunately I got a reply from someone who finds our situation amusing. Well, we don't! We are living it, and we are scared for our families health. I went to another website like this one and received many replies with serious, professional suggestions. I also received stories such as this from many homeowners all over the world. I hope you're proud of yourself for disappointing a homeowner who came to this site for help. I was so happy to see that we had gotten a reply, and then I read your rude comments. You've belittled yourself. Is this how you act on the job?
