The water itself wouldn't fix it, other than the movement of it disturbing blockage or air. With your new water pressure, could be your auto-fill valve banging trying to control changes when the heat and pumping changed pressures. If it comes back, put a thumb on the end of a screwdriver and use it as a stethoscope on your valve to see if it's there. Your 60psi is a little high for most bldgs. Toilets, etc will require more maintenance at the higher settings.
