Thanks for the help so far. I drained the expansion tank and
that seems to have taken care of the pressure problem.

Now I seem to have another problem.

The heater has two circulating pumps for the two
zones of the house. If the thermostat for zone one
calls for heat the pump comes on the boiler temp
sucked down from180 degrease to 110. The burner
goes on for 4 minutes and shuts off at 140-150
degrease, the water temp still hits 170-180. Then
not even a minute later zone two calls for heat,
and that pump comes on, and the boiler temp
sucks down from 180 degrease to 110. The burner
goes on for 4 minutes and shuts off at 140-150
degrease the water temp still hits 170-180.
I timed the cycles. It comes on about every 15
Minutes.

I still think the aquastat is bad. Is there a way to
prove it, and if it is bad can I replace it myself ?

Thanks again.
