Thanks for the prompt reply. The tankless coil and boiler are only a year old and i don't suspect scaling as the water does get hot but there isn't enough of it. As far as the boiler temp is concerned, how high do i have to set the aquastats low limit control to produce enough DWH if the mixing valve is set to 120 degrees?

in using an electric hot water heater as a storage tank i would use a circulator to circulate the water between the boiler and the storage tank whenever the temp of the water in the tank fell below a predetermined temp. set by the thermostat on the tank. any reply would keep
