It is a gas boiler, about 10-15 years old, burners were cleaned a few months ago.
The pressure valve goes up to 2psi then it shuts off then turns on again at 1 psi. it has an automatic wall fill device when the float gets too low. The valves are all wide open.
Stupid me i found out afterward that i could have just repacked the valves.
