Adding Hot Water Baseboard to a steam plant.

I have a single level home with 8 single pipe steam radiators. They are linked with a very efficient designed looping feed pipe and return. The steam is generated from a 30 +/- YO boiler with a 10 YO burner. The boiler also provides our hot water. Everything runs well with little noise... and very warm.
My problem is the size of the radiators. They are like wonderful pieces of furniture, however they take up space. I am trying to renovate a small kitchen and have found myself wanting to remove the kitchen radiator due to its size and location. I have been told that I can introduce under cabinet HOT WATER radiators with a blower. By taking a hot water feed of the bottom of the boiler; I was told 2 blowers at 8500 btu's would be sufficient.
Question: Can this be done, and what would the cost be... if its just the blower units and piping that's fine, I don't want to make any physical changes to the boiler.
Thank you in advance.
