In case you might unload the first boiler, have the tech that is coming look to see if you can convert from LP to Natural Gas easily. Your book might tell, their website doesn't, also see if you have a CGa, CGs, CGi in case anyone wants to check it out online. Throw an ad into one of those pay-if-you-sell newsrags. If you get a decent offer, you'd be ready in case. And state that it is NG/LP capable if so.
