please type in lower case (all if needed) as it leaves a lot more white space for easier reading. I assume by boiler tubes, you removed burners and put pipe plugs in place of the spuds (orfices). More could be removed, especially if the factory rep approves, as long as you get hot enough fast enough to not condense in the boiler or outlet. Actually if your Dec HDD and gallonage match dates well you have about 8 Btu/HDD/sqft. That isn't too bad. You have 320gal x 91547 Btu/gal /1093HDD/3300sqft. As HK and I said, the price of LP is nasty.
