Don't trust the guages. You can buy good, accurate ones with a big face and a retard action to show low pressures and not break at higher ones. But you probably won't when you see the price. If you think they are off, tap on them gently and see if it jumps to something better. New ones aren't much. Make sure vents are open and valves are all wide open. The thermostat is in line with the pressuretrols. Either will cut out the boiler. Try switching vents between radiators that heat fast and those that don't. Maybe you have nearly zero pressure with the non-heating rads. Try nudging it up slightly, but I'd try the vent first. Vents should be at the bottom of the rads.
