Kewanee is still in business and is on the web. Age can be immaterial. If it isn't leaking, and it looks like no rust etc. You might get a lot more years out of it. Get a decent technician in there to help look it over. See if tubes are plugged, blowdown looks like it's been used, cleanliness, controls kept operational etc are just a few signs that is was taken care of. You don't mention whether you are making steam or hot water with it. Any boiler manufacturers website has boilers that would fit. I'd start with the brands that are sold in your area's supply houses. The Btu rating may be downsized if the place has been insulated etc. Plus you got rid of 1500 sqft. For steam a survey of the radiation is used to size the boiler so there is enough water to fill the system without going dry.
