Check the pressure reading when hot. If you have an altitude guage it should read a few more feet than your highest point in the system. The line connecting from your water supply has a pressure reducing valve in it to add water. Turning the screw adjusts the pressure. These can let water in too slow, so you might want to just bleed a little air at a time. Some regulators have a rapid fill feature to add a bunch of water, but you need to be careful to not let the pressure go way up to the city pressure. Your safety should lift at 30psi or whatever is on the tag.
