You used 74400 cubic feet of gas in one month.
You have 30 days of 24 hours = 720 hours.
You used 74400 / 720 = 103.33 cubic feet of gas per hour.
Each cubic foot of natural gas is about 1000 btuh.
So you used 103,330 btuh per hour.
Your boiler input is 150,000 btuh per hour.
So your boiler run time is 16.5 hours out of the day. In cold weather this is possible.
A house built to pre 1950 standards would be about 1200 square feet.
A house insulated to 1960 standards would be 2000 square feet.
A house built to modern insulation standards would be 4000 square feet.
