Check piping too (all of it). With a level, not your eyes as the house settling with the pipes makes it look fine. Is your water line steady or is it bouncing? Pressure at a minimum? Noise in basement? All valves wide open? Try holding a rod against the elbows at the end of horizontal runs to try to feel where it is hitting.
