Sometime in the past our asbestos steam pipe insulation was replaced with fiberglass. Most of the returns are not insulated. Do they need to be insulated? Also the first few feet of steam main coming off of the boiler is not insulated. Should the insulation run all the way down to the boiler. Thanks.
