I'm not in New England but Ohio and things are much cheaper here, burning Ohio coal, however, $24 per mmbtu seems extremely high. At what pressure and temperature is this provided and is it extraction steam from a turbine or from an HRSG?

: Thank you for your reply. In that direction,
: we have an 900,000 sqft corporate park which
: uses approximately 60,000 mmbtu per year. We
: currently have a third party company operating
: the 6 megawatt, cogeneration facility at the
: site, and pay $24 per mmbtu (not including electric).
: We feel this amount is on the high side and are trying to get a sense
: of what folks in the New England region are
: paying. Any help much appreciated. Robert
