Could be fouling of the condenser tubes, non-condensibles collecting on the steam side, or a pocket of air trapped on the cooling water side.

Has the inlet cooling water temperature drifted up in that time? Have the inlet steam conditions for the turbine remained constant? (Same flow, pressure and temperature?) Are you pulling more extraction steam off the turbine?
