Regarding: Fred Ramos

To whom it may concern
I have worked with Fred on and off at Tinker AFB for the last seven years. I am a field service
engineer for a burner and boiler controls company. Fred as a boiler operator at Tinker AFB has assessed me in the testing of the flame safeguard systems and tuning of the combustion controls. Tinker has numerous types of boilers and controls systems and Fred has a good working knowledge of all of them. He is also knowledgeable of all the other systems in the plant. I feel confident Fred would be a great asset at any boiler plant.

Sincerely
Thomas Deffley
