SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
 I have fired Cleaver Brooks fire tube pack boilers, Cleaver Brooks water tube boilers, Keeler HRT boilers and Superior water tube boilers with Economizers. I am familiar with Natural Gas and #2, #4 and #6 oil firing systems. I have also performed all regular maintenance on these boilers including: Manual and Digital Control system installation including initial setup, trouble shooting and replacement of said systems, Make-up water system adjustments and repairs, Boiler water testing and chemical additions, Valve replacement, Gauge glass replacement while in operation, Electric and steam turbine pump operation, pump motor replacement and alignment, Removal and replacement of packing, New pipe instillation for steam, water and air lines, Lubrication and Clean out for inspection.
 I have operated and maintained several types of air compressors and their associated dryers for production use and air compressors and their associated dryers used for breathing air.
 I have operated, troubleshot, repaired and regenerated Anion/Cation mixed bed Demineralizers and their PLC controllers.
 I also have experience with Chillers. I have operated, maintained and repaired 50, 90, 175, 250 and 500 ton chillers as well as their pumps and their internal cooling systems.
 On top of Boiler Room duties I have also performed maintenance repairs, HVAC troubleshooting and repair, Running electrical wiring for new equipment and replacement of existing wiring.
 I am a graduate of the Pennco Tech HVAC program with honors and have my certifications for Trac pipe and EPA. I have also passed the safety course for R-410A.

Operate and maintained 2 Natural Gas or #6 Fuel Oil fired Superior water tube steam boilers with Economizers (1500hp) and 1 Natural Gas or #6 Fuel Oil fired Cleaver Brooks fire tube steam boiler (500hp) and associated equipment. Monitor and operate a computerized opacity meter for boilers. Operate the Compressed air system with dryers for production. Operate the Compressed air system with dryer for breathing air. Operate, repair and regenerate anion/cation mixed bed demineralizers and PLC controller for production water. Test boiler water for chemical concentrations and add necessary chemicals into chemical day tanks. On top of normal boiler house duties, I also oversee deliveries of #6 Fuel Oil, Sulfuric Acid and liquid Sodium Hydroxide. I monitor the Cooling Tower and associated pumps used for cooling of Reactors during production. Boiler House personal are also responsible for monitoring the Fire/Deluge system to ensure operation of electric and diesel fire pumps and to ensure that the fire water holding tanks are supplied with water until the fire or chemical spill is under control.
