Both 2 boilers furnished with Honeywell HC900 control status (Auto and D.C.C) : • Also participated Erection, Commissioning, trial operations and maintenance of New Mills house, Power house and Boiler house, power house both turbine generation capacity 3 MW each manufactured by Perter Brotherhood England : Assistant Foreman. : • Responsible for Erection, commissioning and trial operation of a battery of 2 water tube Bagasse fired with 52%mositure boilers 80 Tins/hour each manufactured by Illefaq Engg LTD, Lahore where the boiler hydraulically tested at 42kg/cm2 and maintained for crushing seasons. Working pressure 24kg/cm2 and working temperature 350C with induced draft fan and forced draft Fan (Balanced draft) having 100 feet length of chimney. : Mechanical supervisor (Boiler House) : • Responsible for operations and maintenance work of a battery of 2 water Bagasse fired with 52% moisture boilers 60 Tons/Hour manufactured by Heavy Mechanical Complex Taxila where the boilers hydraulically tested at 38Kg/cm2 and there working pressure and temp is 24kg/cm2 and 350° C respectively : Mechanical Supervisor : Responsible for Erection, Commissioning, Trial operation of sugar Mills specially two water tube boilers of 60 tons/hour each and boiling house : Mechanical Supervisor : Responsible for Erection, Commissioning, Trial operation of sugar Mills and boiling house : Hands on Experience : • Arc welding : • Gas welding : • Gas cutting : • Fabrication : • Micrometer : • Tube bending operation etc.
