• Coordinate and manage boiler makers, service technicians, welders and fitters to perform maintenance, installations, and repairs of commercial and industrial boilers.
• Compile and create all necessary information to complete accurate quotations up to several million dollars.
• Utilize knowledge and proficiency in combustion technology, combustion control programmable PLCs, CSD1, boiler code repair work, boiler refractory, boiler retubing, commercial and industrial package firetube and water tube boilers.
• Maintain profitable P&L statement, remaining conscious of top line revenue versus bottom line profit.
• Implemented the following programs: vehicle maintenance program; business development; equipment maintenance; inventory control in parts room and vehicle; smart vehicle deployment; reducing gas consumption; leveraging vendors for reduced costs and shipping times; increasing efficiency in forecasting projects; increasing proficiency in material procurement for projects; quote log follow-up procedures.
