Well, well, well.....So much for Miura never seeing the relay board problem before...We lost alot of production due to the very same relay. I bet its the bottom relay on the board? Showing "check softener" caution and "damper" alarms? I kinda figured that we were not the only ones. Boy, its good to be in contact with someone in the same boat.
I talked my team leader into a spare board, and I also have purchased some solder in bases and plug in relays so when this new board goes out, I will have more than one option. I also am going to install a varistor to try to stop the arcing. Ill post when I do this to let you know how it work... The new board are a month old and starting to show more arcing.
