This site will only let me put in small amounts of tranliterated words. However, the phrase reads in English and Russian thus:

For the feed of steam boilers type BKZ-500-1,4 (pri operezhaushchem vvode)in the 'parovoy kotel'noy is envisioned a node for the treatment of feed water at 50 t/h with pumps and heating for untreated water.

I really don't know how to translate the 'pri...' phrase.
