: : : I think that you would be happier with a Thermocoil or Vapower boiler same benifits of fast steaming and low water content but much beter perfomance. No risk of flooding the header with these boiers.

: : Is there a risk of flooding the header with the Clayton generators???

: If the evaporation rate is not set correctly, the water passing thru the coil exits as water. If the amount of weter is greater than the capacity of the trap, then this water is passed on to the header. This is not an uncommon occurance. There are actually a number of items associated with the Clayton generators that can cause this to happen.

Any of those coil boilers are junk and they are also potentially dangerous. If you need steam get a real boiler. Bye a good quality watertube or firetube boiler.
