If the evaporation rate is not set correctly, the water passing thru the coil exits as water. If the amount of weter is greater than the capacity of the trap, then this water is passed on to the header. This is not an uncommon occurance. There are actually a number of items associated with the Clayton generators that can cause this to happen.
