At your conditions you will condense the steam when you compress it. The saturation temperature for 60 psia steam is 144.84 C.
I have never run across a steam compressor because of the thermodynamic properties of steam. Either produce the steam at the pressure/temperature you want, or use higher temperature steam to make the lower temperature/higher pressure steam.
