I recently purchased a two story duplex with a gas fired,single pipe steam boiler.I am having a hard time balancing the system.The upstairs tenants are coldand the downstairs are warm.The vents have no patern as if they are mixed up.Some are letters,some are numbers and some are ajustable.Can this problem be corrected with the vents.The thermo stat is on the first floor.
