Need a reference source for manning requirements for water tube boilers operated at 100 psi. Specificaly the state of virginia. Boilers are fully automatic and currently attended 24/7. The muckymucks are looking for ways to cut costs and it has been suggested that full time operators are not needed / required. A disaster waiting to happen in my opinion but I need some info / reference to support my view.
