Title: Senior Boiler/Burner/Control Technician
Job Description:
Responsible for trouble shooting, commissioning and making recommendations on clients Boiler/Burner/Control systems
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

•Knowledge of all boiler systems and controls. Including ancillary equipment specific to boiler house systems (Steam and Hot Water)

•Responsible for servicing boilers/burners/controls and ensuring our customer’s equipment is properly repaired

•Perform combustion analysis and adjust fuel to air ratios to peak efficiency

•Properly performs all procedures associated with the maintenance and commissioning of various OEM boiler/burner/control systems. Limpsfield Combustion Engineering experience is desired

•Perform repairs on linkage less control systems with specific proficiency on the Autoflame Combustion Management systems
•Read and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schematics, and perform simple engineering calculations
•Diagnose, analyze, and repair boiler, and boiler controls at customer’s locations

•Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, and modifications as needed or requested by our customers including Sales calls

•Perform project management for burner and or control system retro fits

•Provide technical support to our customers and promotion of Equipment & Service sales

•Complete work orders and all required documents

•Maintain company owned equipment and supplies on company furnished vehicle

•Overnight travel is required

•Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and on call schedule

•Work under minimal supervision and follow instructions from Directors
Requirements:
•Valid driver’s license with good driving record
•At least ten (10) years’ specific experience in this industry
•Basic hand tools
•Ability to read, write and understand correspondence with others
•Ability to maintain a professional attitude and take great pride in your ability to make and perform quality repairs
•Ability to work independently and with others
