: Position Description: : LM6000 Facility in Metro NY area -- Local Candidates Preferred -- : Assistant Plant Manager who will be responsible for providing supervision, direction and leadership to the operations and maintenance staff and will oversee the day-to-day operating and maintenance activities, environmental compliance and ensure that the facility is operated in a safe, reliable, and economic manner consistent with site O&M Agreement, contracts, permits, and rules and regulations written instructions form the Facility Owner. : Requirements: : Experience in an Electrical Power Generating Facilities/Steam Power Plant Environment; A four-year degree or commensurate experience with a minimum of eight year's relevant experience; at least four years in a supervisory or management position or a position in which there was oversight and delegation of tasks associated with completion of projects. : Demonstrated knowledge of power plant operations, plant management, maintenance experience and technical ability is preferred, preferably with LM6000 Gas Turbine or similar equipment. : Please email resume to: scavell@personnelsystemsinc.com
