Holman Boiler Works, a leader in the boiler sales and service industry is seeking an Aftermarket Parts Manager for our Houston office. Requirements are as follows:
-Responsible for quotation development and sales of spare parts to established customers. Will be required to cold call new and former customers (telephone and in person) to establish relationships and grow our parts business.
- Knowledge of boilers, boiler components and operation and/or HVAC equipment experience. Experience with boiler controls and/or PLC-based control systems highly desireable. Sales in an aftermarket setting in support products (valves, fuel trains, combustion equipment, emissions monitoring and controls) very desireable.
-Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and solid organization skills required. Must be willing to develop and present our products to existing and potential customers with a high degree of professionalism, honesty and technical competency. Must be willing to learn and actively upgrade product knowledge and applications.
- Must be a detail oriented, self-motivated and energetic self-starter. Must be willing to develop high quality and accurate quotes.
-Must be willing to explore, suggest and implement new marketing and sales techniques and programs. Must actively seek ways to enhance our market penetration.
-Proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite of programs. Experience with E-commerce and website enhancement desireable.
-Prefer a two year technical degree as a minimum, but will evaluate education requirements against actual experience.
