: Shift Supervisor for Waste to Energy Power Plant in Northern NJ : Responsible for day to day operation of the Facility including safety, environmental compliance and production and assume that the plant meets its generating requirements while operating in a safe and environmentally efficient manner. : Associate's Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience : Strong leadership skills, oral and written communication skills, and problem solving/decision making skills are a must. : Ability to work rotating shifts, in close quarters and confined spaces, climb ladders and structures, tolerate heights, and tolerate high temperatures is key. : A valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are also required : Job Requirements : At least 6 years experience in power generation including 3 years of supervisory experience. : Thorough knowledge and understanding of steam powered generating plant, with solid fuel experience, especially trash, coal or similar. : ASME QRO Provisional license and NJ Blue Seal License or higher : Job Benefits : Full Benefits available including Medical, Dental 401K etc. : Bonus Eligible : Please email your resume as a Word document attachment to: scavell@personnelsystemsinc. com
