Develop, update and maintain a master schedule for all planned work performed at the station. This master schedule will include resource levelized workweek, for all departments. Assist in planning and coordinating of labor, material and other resources to assure timely and cost effective completion of work by respective departments in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner in compliance with the company policies, procedures, and applicable codes and standards. Develops, updates and maintains a master daily schedule for all work performed at the station. Allocates resources as required to accomplish key deliverables. Organizes and leads workweek management processes through implementation. Ensures adherence to the schedule and develops contingency plans as needed. Ensures adherence to the schedule and develops contingency plans as needed. Develops key in-process measures for work planning and execution processes. Provides post job review and lessons learned for jobs that do not meet performance expectations. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree, Associates Degree, or 5 years planning experience in a power plant environment. Minimum of 5 years experience in one or more of the following areas: work planning, project management, project scheduling and controls. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Self-motivated, self-starter with excellent oral and written communication Skills. Analytical and problem resolution skills. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple project schedules, establish work priorities and achieve results with little supervision. Able to lead large-scale work coordination meetings. Availability for on-call assignment, shift-work, and weekend duty. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BS in Engineering or equivalent practical experience in plant maintenance and operation. Three or more years planning experience in power plant environment.Strong computer skills. Demonstrated skills utilizing P3, Passport or SAP, and various MS Office products including Microsoft Project. Strong Interpersonal Skills.
