Capital Sales Manager
This position will be responsible for identifying new boiler sales opportunities and contributing to pre-screening, bid/no bid and proposal processes in support of client’s business focus to result in the timely, efficient and accurate securing of new boiler orders in accordance with target and preferred Contract terms.
The successful candidate will have a BS/BSA in preference for engineered products and background in the power generation and process industries with specific experience in project development and/or capital equipment sales. Additional Business background or MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years industry experience with Industrial and/or Utility background and/or customer interface. Experience with boilers in general with specific knowledge of fluidized bed boiler technology preferred. Must be willing to travel as-needed, be self-motivated, effective with executive-level customer contact, work with minimal supervision and have a pleasant and professional demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products is required.
