: Location: Princeton, NJ : Job Description : Assumes responsibility for portion of project assigned by the Director or Project Engineer. May supervise small projects independently. Applies standard HVAC Engineering techniques to conventional situations. Prepares plans, designs and reports. Initiates design from approved Basis of Design. Coordinates and checks production work by Drafters and Designers on a project basis. Incorporates adaptations and modifications as required. Assists in the preparation of specifications, reports, correspondence, and quantity/cost estimates. Keeps supervisors informed of general activities and project progress. Coordinates work with other disciplines. Assists in basic design calculations and selection of major HVAC equipment. Visits project as requested by Construction Services Department or as contractually required. Other such duties as are consistent with the position. : Job Requirements : The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience and a Bachelor's of Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering. EIT or PE certification is preferred. iBIM or 3D experience a plus.
