Project Manager: Industrial Boiler Design and MACT Compliance

Job Description: The Project Manager professional will be responsible for the management of two multi-year design and compliance contracts whose scope is to upgrade large industrial boilers for compliance with EPA MACT standards. These projects will be implemented at Army industrial facilities. The Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of SAIC and subcontractor staff, and be responsible for product quality, scheduling, and cost control.

In addition to project management responsibilities, the PM will work directly with the Office Division Manager on developing and implementing an industrial boiler upgrade and emission business expansion strategy.

Education: BS Degree in Engineering or related field.

Required Skills: 10 + years of related experience. Intimate knowledge of EPA MACT and NESHAP regulations. Expertise in boiler operations and emission controls.

Desired Skills: Excellent oral, written, and inter-personal communication skills. Experience managing project cost, schedule, and quality.
