: : CORPORATE PRODUCTION SCHEDULER : : Holman Boiler Works, Inc. a leader in the boiler industry is seeking a Production Scheduler for our Corporate office in Dallas. : Primary responsibilities: : Schedule jobs for each month. Identify customer, location, completion dates and other customer needs. Responsible for communicating & job consistency. Modifications for customer scope of work against original job scope. : Measuring requirements by skill set and analyzing availability of manpower availability against vacations, other job requirements etc. (identify manpower shortages). : Work with operations to reduce bottlenecks, schedule changes and any alterations to customer promise dates. : Look forward (next month) relative to quotes and profitability of quotes to POs. : Develop, “hit rates”, produce daily log of inquires and daily PO reports : Function as Corporate Liaison between sales and operations : Insure scope of work and all details are communicated to Operations and Sales, Engineering and General Managers : Meet weekly with executive staff on progress of each major project. : Requirements: : Professionally trained (or certified) in production control : Computer literate : Able to handle several projects at one time : Excellent verbal and written communication skills : Salary is based upon qualifications.
