The Company:
EnergyLogic, located in Nashville, TN, is a rapidly growing manufacturer of a specialized line of industrial heaters and boiler products that burn used oil as its fuel source. This is an emerging technology that has experienced significant growth in recent years and will continue to expand at even greater rates. EnergyLogic has enjoyed growth rates much greater than the industry itself. Our industry leading technology has enabled us to patent all of our key system components. EnergyLogic products are marketed to the vehicle and equipment service sector of automotive, equipment, transportation, fleet operators, municipalities, etc… The products are primarily sold through distributors for the North American market.

Job Summary:
This is a strategic position that serves as the primary revenue generator for the Engineering Services department, a team that serves large national accounts requiring engineered or custom solutions. An ideal candidate will have a blend of engineering and sales skills and the ability to generate leads, as well as, follow up on leads provided by the sales team that fit within the scope of Engineering Services. Our industry is light industrial and prospective candidates should have the interest and capability to work within this customer environment. This job will be in Nashville, TN and will require some travel. This position reports to our Vice President of Engineering Services.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Find, qualify, and close large installation projects by preparing bids and specifying product and installation needs.
• Manage communication between our project team and customer to ensure 100% customer satisfaction related to the project.
• Manage existing projects and selected accounts.
• Assist our dealer network in specifying product and installation requirements for their key accounts as needed.
• Coordinate sales and engineering to drive resolution on unique product requests from our customers.
• Perform training to sales team, customers, and service providers as needed.
Requirements
• Minimum 7 years successful track record as a sales engineer or engineering project manager in HVAC industry or similar experience.
• Expertise in boiler applications, heating systems and / or fluid transfer systems a plus.
• General engineering knowledge and ability to read CAD drawings.
• Excellent sales skills and desire to pursue and close new accounts.
• Strong organization and communication skills coupled with a professional demeanor.
• Willingness to be hands on when necessary.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Engineering Technologies, Business, or equivalent.
• Must be able to work in a normal industrial environment including the ability to operate a computer, as well as, other office equipment. Must be able to safely drive an automobile and lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Must be able to travel by airplane, automobile or other modes of public transportation.
