I have a problem with my heatmaker HW-W2 series . The problem I have is that it doesn't call to heat the hot domestic water when it should. When the temp in the tank falls to 140 degrees the boiler should fire up and start heating the water but it doesn't. The temp will fall to 100 degrees and still the boiler doesn't fire up, only once in a while, so what I do is take the front cover off the unit and then take the cover off the pressure diferential switch and take a screw driver and touch the contact screw above the switch and then the boiler starts up. The computer board looks fine with little green light so is there any way to fix this problem?
Could some one please help me with this dilemma?
