I have a 2 zone system - my return temps are approx 25 deg less than those departing from the boiler. THe baseboards on my zone upstairs put out very little heat. No banging or clanging in the pipes. Circulator pump seems a little 'noisy', but appears to be moving water (everything is hot except for the baseboard registers) I do not have air bleeder valves on my baseboard units, but when I open the discharge spigot on that zone (downstairs by the boiler) there is no air in the loop. Its cold up here! Thanks and best regards.
