Hi Heatpro, In my residential boiler there are 3 flue baffles slid into the boiler block before the flue collector. It just seems the gases would just rise into the flue collector with no problem, also there is a fan to draw and push out the gases. Why would you need the baffles in there for? If you raise water pressure you have to heat it hotter to boil. Does that go the other way to? If you raise the water pressure would it have to be colder to freeze, or have to be left longer in 30 degree temp to freeze? Thanks.
