That sounds like a great idea for the time being. That will buy me some time to start saving. I will make that suggestion to serviceman. Thanks for the advise.

Also, I do have natural gas in the house. 1200 sf home. Houseline is ready with T to install future gas boiler. Do you think its worth converting? My chimney is in the center of the house and clay lined, i was told that it doesn't need to be sleeved with stainless insert. I have mostly radiators, I few pieces of baseboard. Any thoughts regarding this are appreciated. Thanks again Tom
