No, I think that everything is wired correctly, it was working all last winter and so far this winter too until about a week ago, we haven't touched the wiring. I know it isn't normal for the downstairs to not be working without upstairs on. How long do you think I have to get someone to check it out. Do you think this is something that can wait a little? Or something that is easy to do that we can do on our own.
: What I usually do is see what the zone controls are by brand and model, see how they are wired to the brand and model of thermostats, then see what isn't correct.
: I never assume that ALL the thermostats and zones are the same as the ONLY ONE that everyone has.
